In 2013 we purchased the Ristorante Modigliani in hopes of giving this business a name in the name of good taste for all lovers of good food and the culinary traditions of a beautiful region like Tuscany.

Our passion was born and developed in Prato, the right context to cultivate the love for food and cooking, where traditions find the right place and dedicating a dessert that we have called Pratesòtto.

You will find us just a few steps from the Pecci Museum, and from the motorway exit of the A11 at Prato Est in an elegant and distinguished setting that also includes an outdoor area in a splendid garden that allows you to enjoy good food in the open air, enjoying the fine weather.

Here you can taste dishes based on meat and fish specialties, prepared according to the local culinary tradition and with the best ingredients of the area. Furthermore, what makes the difference in our proposals and in the flavor of our dishes is the use of fresh and genuine raw materials, which give the dishes an unmistakable flavor.
